The directors of the HRD oversee the continuous improvement process for the content taught in each of the classes, oversee the selection process and assignment of faculty to the various modules, and oversee the selection process and assignment of the Advisors of the HRD participants. If you are interested in contributing content, serving as a faculty member, or volunteering to be an advisor, contact the Executive Director above.
Marketing: Co-VPs of Marketing, Sue Weller and Terry Olivi
Oversees all marketing aspects for the organization.
Membership: Co-VPs of Membership, Terry Bass and Jenny Massoni

Mentoring: Director of Mentoring, Stephanie Oakley
Forums & Professional Development Networks (PDNs): Director of PDNs, Mary Lu Plonczynski
Discusses and evaluates issues/resources related to a specific professional practice area as needed. See our monthly update for specific PDNs and contact persons.

Arranges informational presentations and speakers for monthly membership meetings.

Corporate officers
Corporate officers are elected each fall after a Nominating Committee has solicited interest and presented candidates for the positions. All terms are one calendar year, except for the President, who serves one year as President-Elect, one year as president and one year as Past-President.

Teams
Vice presidents are elected each fall, similar to the officers above. Directors of Teams are appointed by the Incoming President and thereafter appointed to the Board by the President with approval by the full Board. All terms are for one calendar year.

Staff
CCASTD is professionally managed by W.J. Weiser, Inc., an association management firm located in Schaumburg, IL. Retained by CCASTD to provide full administrative services, they act as CCASTD staff, managing operations, answering questions, providing membership services and ensuring communication flow.
