What is the Scavenger Hunt all about?
What is a scavenger hunt? A scavenger hunt is an active and entertaining team activity centered around a list of clues to be followed and activities to be performed. Some clues and activities lead to specific locations; others are open to creative & innovative interpretation.
Join your Chicago area learning & performance peers by investing your time to:
- Practice teambuilding & promote team spirit in an educational & entertaining way
- Build relationships – with your team and your peers
- Participate in a fun morale booster
- Build your individual strengths
- Come blow the stink off – after a long Chicago winter!
How does it work?
Teams compete against each other for fun prizes, by following the most clues and completing the most activities in the fastest time. One team consists of 4-5 participants. Each team has a digital camera. Completed clues & activities are captured in photos.
What if my team doesn’t have access to a digital camera?
Please let us know, and we’ll make sure to bring an extra camera for your team – admin@ccastd.org
What if I don’t have enough people to form a team?
No worries – contact the CCASTD office at admin@ccastd.org and we’ll get you hooked up with other individuals.
When, Where, & How Much?
Date/Time: Thursday, July 21st, 2011 – First team starts at 4pm

Fees: $50.00 Registration per person
Fee includes participation in the Scavenger Hunt & Celebration Supper. (Cash Bar)
Special Discount for Teams of 4 or more participants!
If you have a team consisting of 4-5 people, the rate will be reduced to only $40 per person! To take advantage of this rate, please have each individual register using the link below and submit their online registration and payment information. Then, have your team leader send an email to admin@ccastd.org with the Team Name as well as the names of all individuals participating. The adjustment to the fee will be made before any payments are actually processed. Credit cards are not automatically charged when the registration is submitted online.
