When designed properly and interpreted correctly, learning program evaluations provide a rich source of information to help make decisions such as whether to continue or discontinue a program, how to improve a program and whether or not a program delivers value. Evaluations also enable learning departments to operate like a business by measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of what they provide. This session shows you how to utilize the data gathered from Level 1-4 evaluations to demonstrate value and ensure ongoing program improvements.

In this session you will:

  • Examine key information regarding the measurement and evaluation data collection process.
  • Analyze the three stages associated with making sense out of both quantitative and qualitative data collected using Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 evaluations.
  • Discover how to interpret and draw conclusions from summarized evaluation data, and how to report the results to key stakeholders.
