WLP Institute
Acquire training & development competencies with
CCASTD's state-of-the-art certificate program

We are excited to announce that HRDI has received a complete makeover. Since fall of 2005, we have been busy working on the new curriculum. The now-titled WLPI will incorporate ASTD’s Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) competency model and four of their nine AOEs (Areas of Expertise). WLPI will include techniques, models, and methods that professionals in the field of instructional design, training and organizational development can apply. The original format stays the same and includes 7 modules, 7 weeks (Friday or Saturday), Instructors (Content Experts) and Mentors who work with participants on their individual projects.
