WLP Institute Acquire training & development competencies
with
CCASTD's state-of-the-art certificate program
We
are excited to announce that HRDI has received a complete
makeover. Since fall of 2005, we have been busy working
on the new curriculum. The now-titled WLPI will incorporate
ASTDs Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP)
competency model and four of their nine AOEs (Areas
of Expertise). WLPI will include techniques, models,
and methods that professionals in the field of instructional
design, training and organizational development can
apply. The original format stays the same and includes
7 modules, 7 weeks (Friday or Saturday), Instructors
(Content Experts) and Mentors who work with participants
on their individual projects.
People who currently perform instructional
design and training functions. They would like to
continue their education gain knowledge that enables
them to use WLP language and implement tools and
techniques.
People who may or may not have a
formal education in the field of instructional design
technology and organizational development.
People looking to break into the
field of Workplace Learning and Performance.
People looking to network with experts
and others in the field.
By completing this course, individuals will receive
30 credit-hours of PHR & SPHR re-certification.
