    Diane Kubal, MSOD, Founder of Fulcrum Course Creation, who helps HR and OD consultants turn their B2B programs into profitable, high-engagement digital experiences. With 20+ years of experience working with corporate consultants, Diane Kubal is an expert at building and packaging blended digital programs. She developed a process and approach to convert proven consultant programs into effective and engaging online experiences which she uses with her clients and consultant network.  Her company, Fulcrum Course Creation, helps consultants, trainers and coaches increase their reach, impact and profits through blended online learning.


    Program Format: 

    Presentation, large and small group interactive discussions integrated with Q&A in an informal Zoom atmosphere. We ask that all participants keep their camera on during the entire program to promote involvement and interaction.
