Tim Shaunnessey

Tim joined the ATD Chicagoland board in March 2026 as Technology Director, focused on keeping the chapter's technology running smoothly behind the scenes for members and volunteers.

His career has been an eclectic mix of talent development, change management, and technology strategy. His day job is at DoorDash, where he's a Business Systems Analyst.

Outside of the professional realm, Tim lives in Skokie with his wife Jessica. Together they have two sons and two dogs. Tim is a hobbyist musician/producer, a volunteer leader for Scouting America's Troop 228 in Morton Grove, and an eternal tinkerer.
